1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph.rush ("ph.rush," "we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ph.rush website, mobile-optimized platform, and all associated games, services, and features (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using the ph.rush Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the ph.rush Service and close your account if one has been created.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ph.rush, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for participation in online gambling activities in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing ph.rush from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• You are not a current employee, director, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or director of ph.rush or any of its game providers or business partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ph.rush or had an account closed by ph.rush for breach of these Terms.

ph.rush reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ph.rush account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your ph.rush account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all fields of the registration form, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ph.rush immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ph.rush account, whether or not authorized by you. ph.rush shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials where such loss results from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

ph.rush conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You consent to ph.rush collecting and processing the personal information and documents necessary to complete KYC verification as described in our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph.rush accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and BTC. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (or cryptocurrency equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate). ph.rush does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, third-party payment provider fees may apply.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. ph.rush will not process deposits from or withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any funds received from third-party payment sources may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of identity verification (KYC) to the satisfaction of ph.rush compliance requirements.
• Satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds contributing to the withdrawal amount.
• Absence of any outstanding dispute, investigation, or suspected breach of these Terms relating to the account.

ph.rush processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals and cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to the processing times of the respective payment networks. ph.rush is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ph.rush offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game eligibility restrictions.

General bonus terms applicable to all ph.rush promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players found to have abused the bonus system — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation — will have bonus winnings forfeited and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered the specified number of times before they may be withdrawn.
• ph.rush reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• If you wish to withdraw your deposit before completing the wagering requirement, ph.rush will deduct any bonus funds and associated winnings from your balance prior to processing the withdrawal.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games offered on the ph.rush platform use either certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party studios. Game rules are displayed within each game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.

A bet placed on ph.rush is final once confirmed. ph.rush will not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a bet after it has been accepted except where:

• A manifest technical error has occurred that demonstrably affected the bet outcome.
• The bet was accepted as a result of a pricing error or system malfunction, in which case ph.rush reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

ph.rush reserves the right to suspend any betting market or game at any time and to void bets placed on markets suspended due to confirmed integrity concerns, force majeure events, or regulatory direction from PAGCOR.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that while using the ph.rush Service, you will not:

• Register more than one account or use another person's ph.rush account.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting intended to exploit pricing errors, or any other conduct designed to defraud ph.rush or other players.
• Use the ph.rush platform to launder money or engage in any activity in breach of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or location when registering or during KYC verification.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the source code or infrastructure of the ph.rush platform.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten ph.rush staff or other players.

Breach of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph.rush platform — including but not limited to the ph.rush brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game content, graphics, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to ph.rush and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any part of the ph.rush platform or its content without the prior written consent of ph.rush.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph.rush and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and game providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph.rush Service.

ph.rush's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph.rush account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph.rush does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph.rush shall not be liable for losses caused by telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, or other infrastructure events outside ph.rush's reasonable control.

10 Responsible Gaming

ph.rush is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a source of income. ph.rush provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your ph.rush account.
• Session time limits — Receive alerts when you have been playing for a defined period and set automatic session end times.
• Cooling-off periods — Temporarily suspend your access to ph.rush for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — Permanently close your ph.rush account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum of six (6) months.

11 Termination

ph.rush reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• ph.rush has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct on your account.
• Required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.
• You have requested self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon termination, any withdrawable balance in your account (net of applicable deductions for bonus abuse, fraud, or outstanding disputes) will be returned to you using your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ph.rush is subject to the oversight of PAGCOR in respect of its gaming operations.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph.rush, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines or such other dispute resolution body as may be prescribed by PAGCOR regulation.

13 Amendments

ph.rush reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting a notice on the ph.rush platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address. The revised Terms will be effective as of the date indicated on the updated document.

Your continued use of the ph.rush Service following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and request account closure.
